بحسب التصميم الحالي لمصارف المياه القادمة من سطح المنزل لجميع التصاميم الثلاث بديرة العيون، هناك مصرفين ينتهون في أرضية الباحة الخلفية أو الحديقة الخلفية في حفرة عمقها حوالي ٢٠ سم لاغير، لايوجد مصرف لها خارج المنزل مما يعني إمتلاء الحديقة في حال هطول أمطار غزيرة أو حتى غسل السطح بالمياه لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة.
As per the design of all the 3 models of Deerat Al Oyoun, the water drainages coming from the rooftop are pouring into the backyard of the house (back garden) into an underground pit of 20cm depth, which means it will fill up and flood the area when the heavy rain season comes or just simply cleaning the roof for around 20 minutes!
